These terms govern your use of MoonEva at https://mooneva.app, operated by MoonEva (Romania). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
What MoonEva is
MoonEva lets you record dreams and receive AI-generated interpretations, images, conversation and reflections about patterns, relationships, numerology and daily guidance. All of this is for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it cannot predict the future. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person. You may delete your account at any time from the “You” tab.
Free plan and MoonEva+
The free plan includes a limited number of readings, images and chat messages each month. MoonEva+ is a paid subscription with a set number of dreams per billing period (currently 10 per week or 40 per month) and unlimited chat with Eva. Unused dreams do not carry over.
- Billing: subscriptions are sold and billed by our payment partner Whop and renew automatically each week or month until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD before you pay.
- Cancelling: cancel anytime from your Whop account (whop.com/orders). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: because readings are delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable except where required by law, or if the service was unavailable for a significant part of your billing period. Consumers in the EU acknowledge that the service starts immediately and waive the 14-day withdrawal right for the portion already delivered. Contact hello@mooneva.app for any billing problem.
- Changes: we may change prices or allowances with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Your content
Your dreams and messages remain yours. You give us permission to process them to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). Generated interpretations and images are yours to keep and share for personal use. Do not use the service to upload unlawful content or content about other people without their consent.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, share your account, resell readings, or use automated tools to extract content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the AI models behind it.
AI limitations
Interpretations are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or surprising. Images are artistic interpretations. You use them at your own discretion.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep MoonEva available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Ending the service
You can stop using MoonEva at any time. We may close accounts that breach these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your journal.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU consumer law. Disputes go to the courts of Romania, without limiting your right to use your local court as a consumer.
